Russ Scully - Principal

Before launching Scully Interactive in January 2000, Russ spent five years in the desktop publishing world mastering his design skills along side top rate graphic designers. Russ later transferred his talents to the Web in 1996, to pursue a more interactive media than print could offer.

For the three years before Scully Interactive, Russ managed the interface design team for Vertek Corporation, a telecommunications consulting firm based in Murray Hill, NJ. During his stay at Vertek, Russ designed and produced large scale business application interfaces for clients such as AT&T, Qwest, and Lucent Technologies. Russ now oversees the day to day operations at Scully Interactive and develops new business opportunities.

Russ received his B.A. in fine arts from St. Lawrence University, a certificate in graphic design from the University of California Santa Barbara, and is working towards a second bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from Champlain College.

Bill Jostrand - Interface Designer

Bill is a talented designer both in print and in electronic media. Bill has a great sense of design and design principles that he uses to create brand awareness and brand presence for Scully Interactive clients. Bill graduated from St. Lawrence University with a B.A. in english writing.

Richard Bounds - Web Programmer

Richard came to Scully Interactive from IDX, a health care software provider headquartered in Burlington, VT where he served as a lead developer for their Web-based software. Before his days at IDX, Richard co-founded an online mail order company where he honed his e-commerce development expertise and mail order practices. Richard is the lead developer for Scully Interactive and heads the e-commerce development projects. Richard graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in aerospace engineering.

Erik Wheeler - Web Programmer / Sales Support

Prior to signing on with us, Erik was the co-founder of Collector Online, an e-commerce Web site for the antiques and collectibles niche. Erik started the company in 1994 as an online Bulletin Board Service (BBS) and quickly moved the site to the Web the following year. Erik wore many hats at Collector Online from building out its e-commerce functionality to raising venture capital. Erik has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
